I have been using this app for years, and it has been great until recently. No one is able to leave a message, it says I have not set up my greeting. It had been working. I checked the greeting, it is active. I switched to a stand greeting and recorded a new greeting. Same outcome. I uninstalled and reinstalled, no change. This is ridiculous !

It works fine, but PLEASE update it so it doesnt look like its from 2008, the app was recently updated and has a very nice, modern UI, but this extension looks terrible! please make it so it looks nice.

I don't understand why this archaic extension still exists. It needs to be updated to resemble something like the Hangouts extension or the regular voice.google.com website. How is there not a good extension or even Windows 10 app for Voice yet?

It is junk! First Google screws up hangups so it no longer functions, then the hangouts extension no longer works, and finally this extension provides no notifications. Pathetic.

I can't even get a phone number even from the sample cities. I have to have one for people to get in touch with me without using my personal number. Such a waste of time...

Doesn't at all do what it says it does. When you hover over phone numbers in Chrome it says "Call with Google Voice" but when you click, nothing happens. Even when you copy the number and paste into the call option of the extension, it's a total joke. You have to highlight the number, copy the number, click the extension, paste the number, click 'connect', wait for Google Voice page to load, select the phone to call with, click connect, wait for your phone to ring, accept the call. Which genius thought this process would be better than dialing the number yourself?

This extension is old, has lots of issues, and needs updating. For instance, if you click on a phone number on the web page has a space in it, it shows "Call (800)%20555-5555" and then fails when you try to connect. If you want to reply to a text in your Inbox, it takes you to the Text button where you can't see the previous messages. It appears that the Google Voice team doesn't care about desktop PCs.
