It stopped allowing me to see my voicemails directly on the extension and notifications have stopped working. -_- Needs to be fixed. However, I can easily continue to use it for my texts, calls and viewing text messages.

horrible horrible interface. if you want to delete a conversation, you have to go in and select one by one. there is not options for selecting a whole conversation... whoever designed this, didnt have enough IQ to think it through

It doesnt appear to work on google voice. Constantly says please try again when I try to place a call via google voice. My accounts work well from the web site or cell phone

I loved GrandCentral. I was pleased that Google acquired it when they did. I did not expect that it would become so neglected. I am uninstalling the plugin because the advertised "click to call" function is nowhere close to working on Hangouts. Why use a plugin launcher that requires me to open a new tab, then copy/paste phone numbers in manually, one at a time?

I like the app a lot, even though I liked the way it was before the change. I use it for reading and sending texting, and it keeps a great record of all the history for about a year so you can show what was actually said during a conversation. It's a lot better than the one i developed with two soup cans and some string. :- ) THANKS TEAM ! It was a while back that I gave this review and now since you ask, I am one of the fans that you cut off because of the phone company I use. So you gave me a new number for free...I still use this service to text and am a pretend big shot with two phone lines. If I put my mind to it, I bet I could get a phone and get this new number to work on it, or get my phone to take this number and my old one I have had for years and years.Yeah I don't know how I can live with this...Go ahead and send me some cash and free stuff. Cars and boats and planes and hot women. (sigh) I guess that could help... a little. Please help me get away from all the regular whiny people and come to work with you guys so I can take some of the abuse these self entitled cry babies use to show their lace of respect . lol bye !!!
