Control Panel for Twitter is a browser extension for Twitter - its main goals are to reduce the amount of algorithmic content you see, give you more control over your timeline and make the UI less distracting.

By default, your Home timeline will be the reverse-chronological "Following" timeline, which will only contain tweets and quote tweets from the people you follow. The algorithmic "For you" timeline will be hidden, and Control Panel for Twitter will keep you on "Following" if Twitter tries to automatically take you off it. Everything is configurable, so start by opening the options popup and customizing to your liking. Changes you make in the options will be applied immediately.

• Hide the "For you" (algorithmic) timeline

Xになって以来、年々余計な機能が増えていくTwitterに必須のChrome拡張。 ただ、この拡張を持ってしてもグリッド型の表示になってしまったメディア欄は元には戻せない。

TLが快適で重宝しています。 1点、たまにですがホームボタンを押すと遷移せず「home.htm」というファイルがダウンロードされます。 こちらは仕様でしょうか？もし修正可能でしたらご対応いただけるとありがたいです。

Perfect addon, it allows me to customise/remove all the sh!tty annoyances on X/Twitter, and make it a much better experience. No more useless "Who to follow" recommendations, "Discover more", no more retweets in lists and countless other garbage I don't care about Thanks for making this addon, it's awesome! I wish I had found this much earlier lol

この拡張機能とBraveで快適なTwitter(Xは認めない)ライフが満喫できています！ お願いがありまして、予約投稿がデフォルトだと5日後に設定されているのですが、これを任意、もしくは1日後とかに変えられる設定項目をご用意頂けましたら幸いです・・・

最高です。おすすめタブのせいで精神的ストレスを抱えていたのでこの拡張機能は命の恩人です。 追記：2025/12/17現在X側の仕様変更の影響か機能しなくなってしまいました。アップデートで対応して下さると嬉しいです。

Giving it three stars (for now) because it does work HOWEVER lately it's been doing weird things such as logging me out randomly, not allowing me to post replies unless I refresh, not registering my reposts, etc. I am not sure if this is directly because of the exenstion but it's the only thing I can think of. If no one else is having this issues because of control panel let me know and I will remove this review.

The latest versions seems to cause page reloads when I open Twitter now. It has always worked very well for me, but it is unusable at the moment. Will change my review when this is fixed.
