I like this extension a lot. It has lived up to its name and persuaded me (through its brilliant inconvenience-by-design) to stay focused at times when I am tempted to procrastinate. I am able to tailor the settings to match what I need from the program, and the different features are adaptable to every situation I have thus far encountered. However, there is one flaw, which is that I can easily override the entire program by going into Chrome's Settings > Extensions and disabling StayFocusd. (... or opening up a different browser, though that issue was solved by removing said browsers from my laptop.)

This is an excellent tool. The only loophole there seems to be now is opening an incognito window. Doing so allows one to access blocked sites, even after going nuclear.

Excellent not only gives you limited time on the sites you want to keep away from, it also knows that you came to another site from one of your blocked sites so it deducts the time you spent there also from your total time!!! Some really smart fellow made this... I really appreciate the thought that has gone into this. I usually do not write reviews unless I feel that strongly about it. This one deserves only - an Excellent keep it up!

I really dig this extension. Keeps me working and is annoying to try and change things after it's been activated. The only thing I'd ask to make it more useful would be to have a list of sites that a perma-blocked. As in, they won't load even if you still have some time left over. Besides that, I really like it. I've tried a few blocking extensions, but this one has worked better than any other.

I can't speak highly enough about this app. I love it because it always challenges me to do better. Just when I think I've settled into some settings that work well, I find something new that challenges me to stay even more focused on what's important.
