Extension is well and good but I've noticed that, because it is getting integrated in all webpages, it interferes with css of some webpage. In my case , my layout design was completely affected by it there were major UI glitches (my layout was mostly affected by it ,sidebar took the whole screen width, main content was showing in the navbar..it was a total mess). It took me 2 hours to find out that the cause of the problem is this extension itself. If possible fix this problem because it may cause unnecessary problem for the developers.

It worked the first couple times, but I cannot see my recordings anywhere in my account. I never signed up for a business trial. I cannot get the Chrome extension to work. Also, the upgrade plan URL went to a 404 page. When I finally got there, I cannot "downgrade" my account. What a mess. I would love to record my experience for you, so you can debug it.
