I am extremely frustrated with your app. Despite following all the instructions, the mic option fails to capture audio, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, I find it wrong that the company is forcing employees to upload videos via Loom. This should not be the only option provided. You should give employees the freedom to choose other methods of uploading videos without being pushed into using loom service.

The extension has gotten really bad since a couple of updates ago. The new tab that pops up to record is quite confusing as it brings you out of your workflow, having to search for whatever tab that you wanted to record in the first place. The microphone and camera are also no longer enabled. It has to do with permissions, but it's almost impossible to find the settings that control these.

Littererd with issues, only records about 10 secs into the video, lagging issues, thumbnails not showing up... I honestly dont know how they get 4.6 on chrome, they have horrible ratings anywhere else on the internet, go see for yourself. I am certain they use review services to scam people into thinking they have good reviews. I'm using them only until I find an alternative.

I used to like loom and recommended it to everyone. They've gotten too big for their britches as usual and just suck now. The recordings often lose sound or you can't stop the recording where their servers freak out. I will be looking for a better replacement. I have the paid version through our company. I will be requesting that we change to another screen recording option as soon as I find a more reliable one.

unable to download video. After getting frustated with several extensions, I switched to this product SCREEN RECORDER - MY SPACE. Capture Screen & Camera. Share via GOOGLE DRIVE and that worked like a charm. it perfectly did what it promised, completely free, loaded with advanced features.
