Loom has gotten so bad lately. Over the past few weeks my recordings keep cancelling by themselves therefore causing me to abandon the video and remake a new one. This happens randomly whenever it feels like so it seems, so I could be a minute into recording or 20 minutes in, which just makes a very frustrating software to use. The customer service is also atrocious. Vey slow to reply and not very helpful at all. Rather than trying to fix the problem they just keep telling me it's my wifi connection, which isn't the issue as everything else runs smoothly. They also just say to uninstall and reinstall the software, but how many times do I have to do this per week or per month? Would not recommend this to a friend if you can find a similar software that will actually run smoothly..

Je clique sur "enregistrer" et y a rien qui me dit que ça enregistre et quand je re-clique sur l'extension, ça ouvre pendant une seconde et ça se ferme après. Totalement inconpétant!

Poor software while charging expensive price for pro user. I have recorded a video for 5 minutes and only realised it's stuck in between in end video although the screen is moving while recording.
