Cool, but the ":" emoji menu stopped working on kick
I really don't understand all the negative reviews... For me this extensions works overall better than the Stable 7TV extension.
dont know if its just me but I cant even watch certain streams on twitch without it always giving me a black/grayed out screen, once i disable 7TV, its back to normal. PLS fix this issue.
This has some good features added from the first 7tv extension, but it seems a lot more buggy as well. I'm noticing a few certain native Twitch animated emotes that eventually just freeze and stop showing the animation. Clearing the cache/cookies helped with this for a bit, then eventually they just started freezing again. I also really don't like the layout of the space below the chat box where the channel point and "Send" buttons are on Twitch now. The way these buttons are set up, it's two layers most of the time but then when you get the channel points for watch-time or anything else, when it shows the points being received it goes back down to one layer for a second, then goes back to two layers after it's over. I do like certain changes made with this 'upgrade', but there's a lot to fix.
All this extension needs to do is display emotes and it can't even do that one simple thing. Whats the point of the extension if that barely works half the time? I love it when it works but this is just awful right now
Every time the same emote is typed/chained it resets the playback of each previous one above it. This makes large combos/spam look very static and scuffed. Other than that I like the extension and hope to see this fixed to mirror the old behavior.
Glad I'm not a 7tv sub as the extension now barely works, I love gambling if emotes are even going to be displayed when I post them.
Garbage extension. Garbage devs.
