Been using this for the past few months, which it's been awesome during. With this new update displaying ads on all my webpages it's unbearable. Would've been 5 stars if it wasn't for this new update
Well, I did love this extension, it was one of my all time favorites, but it just started showing ads right in the middle of websites, not off to the side, not at the top or bottom, but right in the middle. If this doesn't change soon I'll have to get rid of an extension I really liked.
I was using it for few months. Now uninstalling because it's asking for permission about checking the history what I do on the internet etc. Not comfortable with that.
Easily the best new tab page extension. Everything I've decided I use on a regular basis is right there when I open a new tab, with great-looking tiles thanks to the robust customization options and a little effort on my part. The large number of plugin extensions seals the deal. The addition of ads is a bit disappointing, though they're easily turned off in the settings and I never saw them in the first place thanks to AdBlock Plus. As far as I'm concerned, the developer's helpfulness more than makes up for it. When an update a couple months back resulted in the loss of all my custom tiles and I commented about it on a related post on ANTP's G+ page, I wasn't expecting much. However, he immediately contacted me in Hangouts and spent a good half-hour helping me fix it and get everything back.
What are you doing?! It is NOT okay to start displaying ads without notification and without my permission, BY DEFAULT. I've used this extension for several months, and all of a sudden this gets slipped in all secret-like? Everyone be careful of this developer. That is some shady stuff.

Forcing malware (superfish) on users sucks. It's not OK to set this unwanted crap as default, even if it can be disabled.
