Used to be great, now it seems broken. Only way to get it to update is to disable and re-enable the extension through the settings menu. Google really needs to fix this.

It works fairly well...The biggest problem is that when I first start up chrome, the icon stays grayed out for the first 5 minutes or so. Even if I click the icon and check my mail, it will stay grayed out. Also, if I get an email and the icon shows the 1, it will continue to show that 1, regardless of whether or not I have a new email or not until I close chrome again. Doesn't seem like it would be too hard to fix, but maybe they just don't care.
