SponsorBlock lets you skip over sponsors, intros, outros, subscription reminders, and other annoying parts of YouTube videos. SponsorBlock is a crowdsourced browser extension that lets anyone submit the start and end times of sponsored segments and other segments of YouTube videos. Once one person submits this information, everyone else with this extension will skip right over the sponsored segment.

You can also skip over non music sections of music videos.

This is open source and the entire database is public.

Works great! Nothing else really needs to be said, just automatically skips segments that some people may not like, and is extremely customizable. Would recommend to anyone that browses YouTube regularly

Works really well and 95% of the time. Latest UI change has made submitting segments really clunky, the extension takes focus priority over video, ie after clicking the "start" box you have to click the video player again to make sure that is now focus. I use the spacebar to pause and resume play and it toggles the "start" box to "end" instead of resuming playback.

Very great extension, works as advertised and really saves you time. I actually don't mind the sponsored content however in 11 out of 10 cases, the promotions are only valid for US customers which I'm not so they are totally irrelevant for me.

Parfait juste excellent. depuis que les adblock sont là youtube à compris que les youtubeurs pourraient faire de la pub normalement impossible à passer car pas externe à la vidéo. enfin une possibilité de les éviter (similaire à Youtube Vanced sur smartphone). Adieu les sponsoring des youtubeurs, les disgressions, les génériques... tout est paramétrable.
