SponsorBlock lets you skip over sponsors, intros, outros, subscription reminders, and other annoying parts of YouTube videos. SponsorBlock is a crowdsourced browser extension that lets anyone submit the start and end times of sponsored segments and other segments of YouTube videos. Once one person submits this information, everyone else with this extension will skip right over the sponsored segment.
You can also skip over non music sections of music videos.
This is open source and the entire database is public.

A must have addon
This is a no brainer for a developer that watches youtube a lot. Auto skipping sponsored messages saves hours a month worth of time. This should be build in browsers by default. 6 ouf ot 5 stars.
Amazing. The creators I appreciate, I already know how to support them directly. I don't need to listen to them shill because YouTube reduces the rate of return.

This is one of the best add-ons I've ever used, it works. Now I would like them to make an app for Android users, I already have it on my Android TV but it doesn't work on my phone.

(English below) Deutsch: Wirklich toll für englische YT-Video, aber (trauigerweise) sehr, sehr schlecht für andere Sprachen, insbesondere deutsch. Die meisten Videos sind dabei falsch getaggt, und die Admins machen diese falsch taggenden Nutzer zu Moderatoren mit viel Macht (und deren Votes überschreiben alles). Selbst wenn es ganz klar entgegen der Regeln getaggt wird und das (auch sprachunabhängig) erkannt werden kann, sagen sie, dass sei nicht ihre Sprache und deshalb interessiert es sie nicht. Und das ist sehr, sehr traurig. Also, benutzt es besser nicht, wenn ihr viele (bspw.) deutsche Videos schaut, ihr werdet nicht viel Spaß damit haben! English: Really good for english yt videos, but (sadly) really, really bad for other languages, especially german. Most videos are wrong tagged and the admins promote users with wrong taggings to moderators with a lot of power (their votes overwrite everything). Even if it's cleary tagged against the rules and that's (even language independent) recognizable, they just say, not our language, we don't care. And that's really, really sad. So don't use it if you watch a lot of e.g. german videos, you'll have a hard time with it.
