SponsorBlock lets you skip over sponsors, intros, outros, subscription reminders, and other annoying parts of YouTube videos. SponsorBlock is a crowdsourced browser extension that lets anyone submit the start and end times of sponsored segments and other segments of YouTube videos. Once one person submits this information, everyone else with this extension will skip right over the sponsored segment.
You can also skip over non music sections of music videos.
This is open source and the entire database is public.

the extension is great, but as many others have said, i am currently getting the error, A connection error has occurred. Error code: 502.
Hey the Extensionis just awesome but it is not working from a few days . It shows "A connection error has occurred. Error code: 502" Can you please resolve this problem so that we can once again use till best tool.
Copying someone else's perfect comment: "Generally this is a 10/10 extension for me, however with the newest YouTube update it's stopped working properly. I'm simply reviewing as a means of asking for the team to please update the extension as soon as they can, and otherwise to advocate for this fantastic tool for YouTube" Current errors receiving: The server seems to be overloaded. Try again in a few seconds. Error Code 502 Check status... OR Warning: The server hasn't responded with segments yet. There might actually be segments on this video already submitted but you just haven't received them due to issues with the server.
This is perfect for skipping any sponsor messages, self promotions, credits, intro animations, and a few other things; Even if a video hasn't been evaluated, I can submit the segments myself!
