Anytime google is part of the mix I can expect a headache.
Altijd maar bijbetalen en werkt nog niet goed.
Just when you think you purchased a great product that is going to protect your information, just to realize that most of the protection still has to be bought. They are quick to ask for your credit card information aren't they? More offers=more money, I don't even know what I paid for now, and I won't be renewing, that is for sure. Very disappointed. And what Gen and Yvonne said, just another scam to make more money, and bad reviews. Shame on you Norton.
Stop met ons lastig te vallen en doe uw werk
I agree with Gen on everything. They have a good thing going. Sell you a program that is deluxe at a deluxe price and then tell you every week you don't have what it takes to keep your computer safe, buy more. No one to talk to, just shifted around the world, never solving the problem, and Gen is right about the stealing of information. I have had 2 credit cards compromised after these trips around the world. Can I prove it? no but I have my suspicions.
Norton, all they want is your money. They want to sell you LOTS of stuff that they should include with that hefty price you pay when you buy their program. Then, when you have a problem they want $5 extra a month for doing absolutely nothing when you call for help, a waste of money. They have relegated the services of customer service to India, where they rip you off and steal your information to scam you later. This is my last subscription with Norton and I am looking for something better than this scam called Norton.

I don't like when they recommend additions to LifeLock every add on is like $59.99. Who's got that kind of money these days for 4 or 5 add on. I can't even afford the subscription for LifeLock.
Beste Nortonmensen, ik ben al jarenlang lid en als volstrekte leek verwacht ik van u dat u mij beschermt en niet steeds met allerlei gevaren komt (waarvan ik geen bal begrijp) om mij nog meer geld uit de zak te kloppen. Stop daarmee en doe het werk waarvoor ik met u een betaalde tegenprestatie ben aangegaan. De recenties lezende ben ik blijkbaar niet de enige met deze opvatting.
