I picked Fathom from a friend's recommendation to replace tldv; which isn't even close! I'm very impressed by the super accurate transcriptions, summaries and action items generated and emailed automatically. It has truly been hands-off during meetings when I can be fully present, and I love using the Highlight feature in Sales/Discovery calls when the prospect answers our questions or talks about their challenges. This is now my default and I always recommend Fathom to everyone!

We started with Fathom a year ago after witnessing it in action at an industry trade show. The result was amazing, it completely impressed us and has been a game changer. During meetings we are now able to be fully present. We don't need to worry about recordings or notes as the Fathom AI gives us extremely accurate transcriptions and pulls out action items for all members of the meeting. Fathom has even helped us out of a difficult situation with a client, nothing tops having a conversation recorded and able to be relied upon. I would definitely recommend it.

If for nothing else, the fact that I can just LISTEN to clients, and look at them online instead of down at my notes is revolutionary. The summaries and action plans are spot on. It also automatically captures all questions, identifies key discussion points and decisions, and even generates action items that can be directly integrated with Asana. What's particularly impressive is that summaries and transcripts include links to highlights and bookmarks, allowing me to jump directly to points of interest. I can even share short video clips as quotes or references. I love this tool!
