Lots of good note takers out there, but what makes Fathom the best is their summaries. Incredibly insightful and well prepared, they are so good at capturing not only what happens in the meeting, but the sentiment and the vibe. Which is what so many other AI ones lack. Highly recommended.

I've tried a number of AI type meeting recorders and Fathom is the easiest and best that I've found. It joins every meeting I'm on automatically and produces an excellent summary, with clickable links to the appropriate spot in the video recording. It records video, audio, and produces a highly accurate text transcript of every meeting. Actually, you can choose from about 20 different summary formats, depending on the type of meeting. It saves me a ton of time and a lot of typing.

Fathom has created so much meeting efficiency for my team - customer calls are logged and updated, action items are autogenerated (with amazing accuracy), and the ability to flag times in a call for various reasons (new product requirement, customer support issue etc.) are surprisingly useful. The killer for me is being able to generate a supercut of customer feedback and share that with people to underline the importance of some feature / enhancement. Several times a month I receive a reply from a customer who received the automated call summary thanking me for introducing them to Fathom.
