I highly recommend Fathom—100%! As a CSM handling clients and a team of VAs, Fathom has been incredibly helpful in my job. All my meetings with clients are recorded using Fathom. There’s no need for me to manually jot down what my clients want, as I can easily download the recording and transcript to review everything. Fathom is not only convenient but also very easy to use. It’s a mandatory tool in our company—we never have a meeting without it. Additionally, Fathom supports us even in internal meetings that aren’t conducted purely in English. For example, when we speak in Filipino, Fathom can still provide a comprehensive summary of the conversation.

As someone who is back to back in meetings most days, it's hard to always keep track of notes, and action items, Fathom is helpful in allowing for the use of a "button" while in a meeting and even summarizing the items. The ability to integrate with a tool such as Hubspot to turn items into actions is also helpful because all I need to do is rely on Fathom to turn them into actionable items after a call.

Been using Fathom for a few years now and it keeps getting better! If you work with teams and take multiple calls daily, you're wasting time and losing details without a tool like this. Super simple to search for recordings and transcripts for topics, attendees, etc. and sharing controls are great!

Fathom is really useful. It takes reasonably accurate transcriptions of meetings and summarizes them well. The paid version has very helpful features that I think are worth it but the free version is great too. I like having the video recording, and the full written transcription, and the summary feature, and the follow up items identified during the call, and having the points linked to where in the video it was stated. I also like the fact that it can be sent immediately to meeting participants following the meeting. A massive time saver.
