Fathom has changed how I handle interviews and meetings. I never have to take notes and if I need to share or look back I can simply look at the transcript. Finally often I can take the transcript from the meeting and then generate documents for review based on the discussion had during the conversation. It's a really powerful tool and I think every meeting should have a Fathom-like summary.

Fathom has become such a valuable software in my business. It allows me to really focus and be present in conversations with clients and with my team, instead of worrying about scrambling to take notes about all the various updates, action items, etc. Once the Zoom meeting is complete, Fathom has all of that information ready to go in a quick copy/paste format and emails me when it's ready...usually within minutes of the Zoom ending. This makes it easy to copy/paste the notes of the meeting and add any action items to our project management software. Fathom saves us so much time and helps to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks!

Fathom is by far the best note taking app out there... automatically joins all my Zoom meetings, captures the audio and video and gives me full transcript that I can then slice and dice using any one of the dozen or so templates. I have returned to my roots as a journalist and use Fathom to record all my interviews and use the transcript as a baseline for the content I create for my clients. Well worth the five stars.

We use Fathom at Chameleon. I have used it with both Zoom and Google Meet calls. Either way, it's easy to set up. I enjoy and use the features for tagging points of interest both during my calls and when reviewing the calls after. That and the AI summaries make it really easy to review and share important information from my calls with my team.
