This is easily the most valuable productivity tool I've used in my career. Despite my best efforts, I'm a horrendous notetaker and this takes all the things I suck at and fixes them. Excellent summaries, best I've used so far, and I've used a few. Can pull out Action items and they're usually spot on. I occasionally need to make small adjustments to the transcript, usually when people are in a meeting room as opposed to joining the call on their laptops. The listening errors are minimal even then. Helpful to have the video to go back to and the ability to click on a part of the transcript that takes you to the correct part of the video is helpful if you need to listen back to correct the transcript, or even just refresh your memory. Means I can just listen to and take part in the meeting as oppose to using up part of my brain to take notes.
