I love using Fathom for all my calls - sales, networking, internal team calls, etc. It is so easy to go back to and rewatch parts of the call or read the transcripts. It is also easy to search the transcripts of calls so I can find out certain details I need to know but can't recall. This is the best AI notetaker I've ever used. I also love being able to integrate with my CRM (HubSpot). Fathom automatically attaches the call summary and notes to the record of anyone who attended the call, the company, and the deal....and sets up detailed follow up tasks based on what we talked about. It is a great tool for anyone who hates taking detailed notes during calls and wishes they could just rewind and go back and relisten to things!
