Fathom has changed the way my team and I do meetings. For decades of my career I have struggled to take adequate notes in meetings. I have never had someone on my teams dedicated to note taking... but thanks to Fathom, now I do. The AI component seemed intriguing at first. I tend to work with clients who are in specialized industries and didn't know how Fathom would do transcribing jargon or understanding technical contexts, but I am astounded at how well it has done. My notes are accurate! And I have calls to action that are meaningful and allow me and my team to be more effective. I wish I had this tool 20 years ago. But I am glad to have it now. It is honestly like having a memory superpower.

I'm a big fan of Fathom. I have a terrible memory, and it makes my consulting work so much easier. I'm able to go back into prior conversations to see what was said or to be able to use their AI features to ask quick questions about hour-long discussions so I don't have to painstakingly dig through an extended transcript. Hands down the best at summarizing meetings and my coaching calls. I use it for every meeting and have eliminated the need to take notes, action items or send follow up meetings. It does such a great job I have it direct send to all participants. It is also a great tool to review a meeting to refresh my memory or share a portion with someone who was unable to attend and needs to understand the details and nuances of a conversation. I tested two others over a 5 month period and Fathom provided the most accurate and relevant summaries. I look forward to having Fathom join me in my live meetings soon.

I settled on Fathom AI after trying a handful of other automated note takes. Fathom offers the most comprehensive suite of features at no / low cost, and does the best job summarizing takeaways from meetings. I appreciate being able to click a summary point and or action item and jump to the specific point in the recorded conversation. I hope Fathom will be able to listen to and summarize webcasts in the future.

I've been using Fathom for over two years now and it's easily my favorite tool I use on a daily basis. It makes taking notes seamless and changes the way I work with clients and partners. Instead of identifying a note taker for discussion points, follow ups, next steps, the tool does it automatically and sends to all attendees. The summary feature constantly improves and summarizes things way better than I can myself. Talk about a "fly on the wall", but instead they record everything, gives an automatic assessment, regurgitates whatever you want back, transcribes for easy search of a topic, and let's you re-watch any point of it (whether you attended or not). I constantly tell all clients that they should use this in their business as it's a major time saver and value contributor. Buy it, you won't regret the decision.

My team and I have been using Fathom now for a couple of months. We absolutely love it. The rest of the teams would like to use it and are really jealous of us getting Fathom. The summary that is provided at the end is perfect. I also like that we can adjust it to what the meeting was. I mostly will use demo, customer success, and Q & A. I also love the fact that we can click a button and push it right over to Salesforce for the rest of the company to see the note.
