A client recommended Fathom to me a couple of years ago, and I've been using it ever since. I've experienced other AI notetakers that others use. I've been horrified at the completely wrong notes taken! Someone agreed to an action point, but the AI noted that the person DIDN'T agree to the action point! What if there was a disagreement that ended up in court? That is unacceptable. I've never had such an issue with Fathom. It accurately reflects the conversation, provides excellent summaries, action items, copyable transcripts/summaries, audio and video files, and to top it all off, Fathom has superior customer service. They're open to adding more platforms, if possible, so that you can use Fathom notetaker in more conference situations. I highly recommend Fathom!

Best companion tool that I have come across in very long time with real support from their help team. Set-up is fast and easy and simply works. The write ups and key takeaways are concise and exceptionally written. The search functionality in Fathom's library of recorded videos will pinpoint where you actually said something. Lastly and more importantly it understands different languages...by far the most useful aspect when I have conversation that are in both English and French!

I never want to have another Zoom meeting with Fathom. It provides a great record for follow-up and action items and the software makes it easy to share the meeting transcription with not only the attendees but others as well.

I really like this app! I use it all the time and have recommended it to friends and colleagues. It gives me everything I could want: video, transcript, summary, notes... The free version is certainly worth using to test it out. The support is also very helpful. I like it so much I paid for it just to make sure it stays around. ;-)

I have tried a few different meeting apps, and Fathom is by far the most accurate and time-saving. The accuracy is over the top! It has actually saved me by remembering key details that i would have glossed over. AMAZING. I will never, ever go back.
