I have been using Fathom from since its launch. I was imprsssed to start with and have been amazed at how it keeps improving. Especially the transcript summaries. Originally they were a sequential summary of dialog, but now they provide a fully contextualized summary of the entire conversation, regardless of the order in which things were discussed. Pretty amazing really. And the support is first class

So good I can't stop talking about it - It's free. Seriously, no hidden loopholes - Does an amazing job in speech-to-text. Can sometime break in non-English languages (for me it was Hindi), however, honestly other tools are worse. - AI intelligence to summarise calls along with recording is just icing on the cake - Easy to setup and implement/integrate with Google Meet I don't worry about writing notes on sales calls anymore. Reading through Fathom transcripts is enough.

Fathom saves time. READ FIRST! or FIRST! Just Read It... Real Person here. The AI meeting assistant for Google meet is a lifesaver. Being present in a meeting is more important than anything. Virtually people can tell whether or not you are paying attention or not, and that determines how much trust is being exchanged. The importance of communication is the actual communication itself and when Fathom AI's meeting system can take over for the notes then you can be that much more aware to cues that are going on in the meeting. This can also lead to increased business opportunities, gathering insight any more present virtual environment, and at the end of the day, we only remember 20% of what is actually going on in the conversation. Fathom provides that freedom to look back on what we discussed, pick up the important parts and then create a plan to move forward, which has meaningful value. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
