There are bed decent options for AI meeting software but this one is one of the best. Pros: great summaries, maybe best in class. Easy to search old meetings for specific conversations Sharing is well done. Has team functionality. Cons: Doesn't work if you join call from phone or tablet. It has to be from a PC.

I love to use Fathom, and not anything else, for note-taking online meetings for: its ease of use, the video capturing, the meeting parts are separated already by sections, the meeting key points are there, the raised questions also can be clicked to jump to that part of the video recording, the meeting transcript with summary, easy to onboard, automates the sending of the recording and transcript to everyone in the meeting, auto adds itself in the meetings even impromptu ones.

I love how easy it is to register Fathom, install it and use it. I can install it on my Windows laptop easily and use it with MS Teams, Google Chat, Zoom. The instruction is very helpful and very easy to follow. I'm using Fathom to summarize a meeting and send out meeting note. This feature is useful to someone whose English is not their first language. Maybe in the future, one summary meeting would be nice so there is no duplicate email.

I like being able to choose which meetings to auto-record. The AI/automatic notes are amazing! I love that I can copy notes with one click, paste them into a Word doc, and save them where I need to. The option to share the recording after call is great... so many things to love about Fathom, I am impressed! So far I have found nothing that has made me dislike Fathom. It is GREAT for training videos, so far this is my main use for Fathom, saves time on rehashing the same thing with different employees. Great for client calls, I can focus on my clients during the call instead of writing notes for action items.
