I've used several note taking apps and found Fathom to be by far the best! It's easy to use; delivers all the typical features found in other solutions like meeting recording, summaries, and transcripts; and has additional features such as "monologue monitoring" and the ability to tag highlights during meetings that I find particularly helpful. As someone who spends a lot of time in Zoom meetings and preparing conversation summaries for clients, Fathom saves me a ton of time and effort!

I cant rate Fathom highly enough. I have tried a number of different AI minute recording systems such as TL;DV and Otter and Fireflies and whilst they were good, Fathom was the easiest to use, the most accurate with transcription and AI features and just overall usability.

The app also provides me with timely reminders about upcoming calls in the menu bar of my computer so that I am always ready. This is the first note-taking product that I can actually use. I hate taking notes and when I have to take notes it distracts me from actively participating in the conversation. Fathom allows me to focus on the present and actively engage in my meetings. The AI-generated summaries are amazingly accurate and succinct. However, I wish their AI would make it easier to edit transcripts to correct spelling errors, especially for names. While it is possible to do this now, it is quite tedious.

My whole team is asking for Fathom now that I've started using it in meetings and now i get to be present in the meetings rather than missing whole sections of conversations because I'm trying to scratch down minutes. I love that I can send it to everyone or just myself and that people can request access if they want to review. It even knows to leave personal conversations that happen before or after the official meeting out of the minutes. It's so much easier to go find my minutes from a meeting and get a full scope of the conversation rather than a few randomly hastily scratched notes. I'm a huge fan and I'm recommending it to everyone.
