Best app I have used. What do you like best about Fathom? I love that I can join when a reminder pops up. I also love the email I receive afterwards and the full report at the end. I can see who agreed to what, and when I click on it, it takes me to the correct part of the recording to listen to. The customer support is fantastic and answered my questions quickly. What do you dislike about Fathom? Nothing! It is easy to integrate and implement What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me be present in meeting, rather than try and take notes as we go along.

My brain is soooo happy and I am happy to have found Fathom! I would love to see if we could upload previous meetings to get it transcribed. This would be the icing on the cake for me. Exceptional product, easy and intuitive to use, and head and shoulders above any other notetaker I've tried in the past - and I've tried a lot of them. Very accurate, little to no hallucination, and integrates well with most major platforms. Only thing I hope they work on for their next update is better categorization of meetings based on client domains. I do over 20 meetings a week and it is very challenging to sort through it all sometimes. That would definitely not stop me from using it.
