My company used to use Zoom recording for meetings, then we discovered Fathom. Our world was changed for the better forever! Virtually instant recording availability with a summary and a full transcript. Fathom also allows selecting highlights within the meeting and can post directly to Slack for emergency notification or any other reason you need.

I found Fathom back in the day and LOVED it right away. It's so easy to use, the transcripts and summaries are good, and by pairing it with other AI tools I can create really comprehensive summaries of calls. I can't recommend Fathom enough!!! I've been using Fathom on all of my client calls for a few months now (>100 recordings) - I started using it as a documentation/review tool for myself, but the (originally unintended) benefit that has provided value > the cost is that clients love the recap and recording link that is sent out automatically after each call (this can be turned off as well). Specifically with the Chrome extension - I really appreciate that Fathom can automatically pick up on the impromptu Google Meets that I spin up from time to time for a quick chat with a client.
