I would like you not to add the labels in the menu "sorted sent mail" "sorted received mail, etc. Is it possible to delete that?

My account was suddenly "Disabled" and I can't login. Support does not answer. I've read a review here about a user that had his account disabled and support answered him that it was because he sent spam. Well, can't be my case because I sent a couple test mails to myself and another 2 or 3 to people I already knew. Probably it was because of my previous 3-star review with a few suggestions. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever seen, and it's requesting A LOT of permissions from your account. Be careful! I was HORRIFIED by that sentence that the user received from the support: "Please do not use our service anymore nor contact us in any way or form. Failure to stop using cloudHQ may leave cloudHQ no choice but to pursue enforcement of its rights under State and Federal laws." I'm glad I dodged this bullet!

I have tried many free extensions, but no doubt that this one is the best. It does the job perfectly without the limitations of the other free extensions of this type. I have not found anything better.

WAY too many permissions required for this email tracking service. They couch it as a requirement to work, but other email tracking extensions do not require such deep permissions such as read, write and delete all emails in my account. It also makes you sign up for an account.
