It tends to disconnect from my email account frequently. I've reinstalled it but now the mail tracker isn't even showing up. So disappointed because when it does work it's great. (using Opera)
i want to know how safe it is .... i am worried about security of my data in laptop and in emails
The best part for me is that when writing an email, I can tell cloudHQ to send me a reminder if I don't get a reply after a certain amount of days
Excellent! Fast and reliable. I love their SMS / Mobile notifications.
I appreciate having a reliable tool. I can know if they opened it (as long as they don't block trackers), and how many times they opened.
Reached out to support this morning. When I use the cloudhq email tracker, my emails are not reaching their intended recipients because the receiver's incoming spam catcher is flagging them as spam. I get a bounce-back error message. When I do not use cloudhq and use my Gmelius tracker, they make it through the spam catcher on the recipient's end. Am awaiting a response from support and will update my review accordingly.
When I sent an email internally it automatically sends me a copy of the email as unread, and I'd have to go and remove the label as well mark it as read each time, rather annoying, any idea how to fix this please. Tks.
Aug 9, 2019 - Pretty pathetic. Did not work. Enabled and sent a routine email and CC'd myself and another party. All 3 parties have Gmail addresses. I opened my CC quickly and the other CC'd party but it showed that it was NOT opened. Got the 2 days and still NOT opened reminder for myself and other party - though they were opened right after receiving them. Wondering if all these reviews are fake.
The real time notifications are a big deal to me. This tracker has everything
I can't enable my phone number. It shows Error Code - 21408. And this says that "Permission to send an SMS has not been enabled for the region indicated by the 'To' number..
