It’s the add-on for Google Chrome, it turns browser into what it has never been in it’s life: a browser that is no longer resource killer (and if you have ever used Google’s browser you know very well what I’m talking about, with the results on Windows or macOS). The Marvellous Suspender has everything you need to allow you to control the behavior of active / inactive tabs and thus free up RAM when possible, in a transparent way, you do the first configuration and then you forget it exists, what you can do is only that couple of clicks that will serve to manually suspend a tab that you have awakened by mistake by selecting it.

Fork of the original The Great Suspender, but without those modifications that go to invade user privacy. You can find the official repository at github.com/gioxx/MarvellousSuspender, feel free to participate if you have the skills to do that.

サスペンド機能自体は良いです。 悪い点は、chromeを起動するたびに、サスペンド解除していないタブの表示履歴が毎回記録されることです。 なぜか、chromeを起動するたびに、サスペンドされたタブにアクセスしているのか、やたらと処理が重くなります。 可能なら改善を求めます。

wish there was a way to make a shortcut key to manually select a tab to be forever unsuspended. e.g. Facebook where I am waiting for someone to chat and then it suddenly got suspended after an hour of inactivity.

Ótimo, e o melhor em português, para receber as 5 Estrelas só falta ajustar a captura de tela que não está funcionando, pelo menos aqui no meu chrome.

Great features over the basic suspender. "Open in New Suspended Tab" and "auto suspend all tabs on minimal RAM". Truly the one & only best suspender for Chrome. Now more private & better features. Only improvements: Add shortcut like Fn + Click to "Open in New Suspended Tab" add support for MS Edge's sleeping tabs if it can improve experience.
