Can people just not read? If you want to change the volume click the extension then click settings and you can change sound and volume Rating it 1* for that reason is ridiculous especially since none of you even took the time to look for it

It's actually worse than ever now. It was already going downhill, but now it just logs me out constantly and i need to visit Prolific site before is starts working. Even then, it sometimes stops for whatever reason. Sometimes it also doesn't play sound.

For those of you looking to turn the sound down or off click on the extension and then settings where there are options for alert sound (including none) and volume. I am having the same problem as others, always being signed out of the extension going hours and missing out on studies, albeit most of the time I am too late even if I manage to get into the study it says it is full. The extension used to work well. Not sure why it is having so many issues now, but it is disappointing to say the least.

Ne sert à rien. Il faut cliquer manuellement pour raffraichir et voir si des enquêtes sont disponibles. J'ai reçus plusieurs enquêtes et l'assistant, que ce soit sur Chrome ou Edge n'a ni créé de notification sur Windows, ni emis le moindre Bip sonore configuré dans les options pour m'avertir d'une alerte.
