June 10, 2024 No longer works. No alerts, and even when I try to adjust the alert tone and volume, there's nothing. No sounds-and like everyone else, it constantly signs out. What happened? *edit August 26, 2025 now the dang thing won't even recognize when I try to sign back in. Just a big red square of death with a ! in the center. Why is this so difficult to fix? When it works it's really, really useful, but the negatives at this point make me want to just uninstall.

Had to uninstall, stuck in a endless login loop like many others. Red exclamation mark near the icon, and endlessly logs you in/out. Please fix.

Extension is stuck in a contact log in cycle. The extension was very laggy before that and usually showed studies, once they had been filled up. Had to remove.

Usually this extension works wonders, but lately it is broken. I am stuck in a login loop and it does not recognize my credentials. Two log-in screens overlap and after I attempt to log-in a red block appears to signify it is not working. I have removed it and re-downloaded the app to no avail.

Carole is correct. You need to remove the extension and then reinstall it, as it has been updated. The link is in the help centre on Prolific.

Great extension and for people complaining you need to remove old one and install the latest extension.
