This is the biggest gmail upgrade you can imagine. It combines pretty much everything I wish gmail did and does it brilliantly - and then a bunch I never considered but find myself using often. sharing availability, scheduling, follow up, send later, templates, so many hot key shortcuts, even seeing if / when emails are opened.

I've been using Mix Max for about a year and can seriously say it's the best thing that's happened email, and gmail for that matter, since email was invented. From everything to attach documents, images, URLs, call-to-action buttons, calendar invites and sharing your availability it's the tool to use. The features I love most is live tracking, letting you know if the recipient has opened your email, clicked the links or downloaded your presentations, to the analytics of your campaigns, and last but not least - the ability to send highly personal email at scale with templating. It's email on steroids!

I want to like this software, but 1) if freezes up ever time I type a colon! (:) and 2) It doesn't work with wisestamp, which I use regularly. Fix those, and I'd like it more. There are other template/tracking/scheduling apps that cost less.

Great app, super helpful functionality, great pricing milestones and wonderful customer support. This extension has helped me work smart instead of always working hard. It's reduced my workload tremendously. I can quickly insert available times and have calendar invites sent out automatically, create template emails, schedule emails, and who is viewing what. I'm still learning to use all the features. But, just knowing who has opened and read my emails is a great plus. I also like the mail merge function. I only send out a few dozen a month but having a hassle free merge feature is a great plus for me. I used to use a clunky email function addon to my database, this one is clean, fast and easy to use. Love, love, love the easily edited templates and signatures.
