I've been using mixmax for at least 6 months now. I discovered it when I was looking for a convenient way to share my availability with people over email and the moment I started using it I started to discover new features I love! Plus, they keep releasing new features that seem to do exactly what I need. Now I regularly use mixmax to schedule follow up emails (it's not just send later, you can tell it to send only if the person doesn't reply!), for mail-merge (it's better than our CRM's), for setting up meetings using their /cal feature, tracking opens, and I've been playing around with some of the other features. Olof and the mixmax team has been super responsive to all my questions/requests - they're awesome to work with! My whole team now uses mixmix daily, and we all love it :)

Thank you Olof and team! Mixmax has been a life saver for my organization. It has really upped my game when it comes to emails; the tracking and reminder features are my favorites. Smoothly integrated into gmail, I can see when and how often the recipients of my emails open their emails. I can do this with my regular emails, as well as with the email campaigns that we are running. The analytics from the campaigns are beautifully presented in a way that allows us quickly know how successful our email campaigns are and spend more time improving our emails instead of managing and analyzing the campaign. For what I use Mixmax for - templates, send later, tracking, the enhancements, the survey/poll functions - it's brilliant. Other similar extensions tended to slow down my Chrome browser or outright crash it on a regular basis; Mixmax hasn't and it's been essential to keeping my inbox as close to zero as possible. I'm obsessed. The easiest and cleanest email manager I've ever used, and I've tried a bunch! The super responsive and friendly support staff are a highlight, but the real star of the show is the Sequences tool, a super smooth and intelligent drip manager. Can't wait for the mobile app to come out.

Design is overwhelming; functionality noticeably slows my Gmail. Yesware is better, although unfortunately now they’re charging. So that leaves MailTrack or Rocketbolt.

Very useful tool for a recruiter. I love using it as a follow up and reminder tool when prospecting for candidates. One thing to make it better - create a "click here" to schedule a meeting on a calendar would be great. Sometimes having a bunch of times listed in an email gets bulky.

I liked it fine I guess when it worked, but it slowed my Gmail down way too much. There are other extensions I can use to do the same things that don't wreck my inbox.
