A FIVE-star product gets only THREE stars solely due to its expensive individual pricing plan. I believe this feature is by far the best and most desperately needed for any solution. While the solution is positioned as a marketing tool, which is appropriate, I think it is equally, if not more, valuable individual users as well. For long time, I used the read and delivery receipts in Outlook by configuring my Gmail in outlook. While it served the purpose, I wanted something more insightful non-intrusive for the recipient. I believe Mixmax has delivered that. Thoroughly enjoyed the solution during the trial period, but when it came to upgrading to premium plans, the pricing for individual plans was simply too expensive. Most individual users do not require all the features but are limited to unlimited tracking, templates, scheduling will do. I am currently using the free version, which provides tracking for only 100 emails. If there were a more affordable plan, as I would upgrade to a premium solution. Overall a fantastic solution add-on for your Gmail. Love it!

I have used Mixmax in the past 5 CSM roles, with or without my company covering the cost. I now have the opportunity to use it as I start my own business and it feels like home. I still wish after all these years they would consider a "lite" version of the service that caters to solopreneurs but honestly that's a minor critique based solely on my unique use-case. I really do love this product and I hope to keep using it for a while.
