Mixmax is incredible. It is not until you use other tools that you realize that Mixmax truly is the best in class product, and by a MILE. The features allow me to save time, while making sure I know exactly what is going on with my outreach to customers. I have utilized MixMax extensively for the past 3 to 3.5 years, and it is one of the tools that I rely on a day-to-day basis. From the ease of creating templates and the use of such templates, to being able to quickly view at-a-glance when an email has been opened, MixMax is an amazing tool. I haven't used the Scheduling option as much as their other features, but it does seem like it can be used easily. I also appreciate on how quickly adjustments to email templates and signatures do show up in our Gmail app almost immediately, and that email templates can have fonts, colors, and attachments all easily added without any odd spacing challenges that I've seen with similar tools.

I have used MixMax to save time on running personalised Outreach campaigns. Mix Max enables you to send emails in a way that they feel.... personal. That is extremely important when it comes to cold calling and first emails. What I do is I research i.e. 100 companies, write what I find good and what clicks with me in XLS and then use it all in my MixMax email campaigns it is a true win-win as clients receive personalise messages and I am able to contact more businesses and follow up with them regularly!
