As a freelancer, Active Inbox has streamlined my email and enable me to organize multiple projects with clients into tasks and keep track of everything I need to do in a given day.
Nice and all, but I ended up not using it much and the trial period expired. I guess mixin inbox and todo lists is just not my thing.
Really helpful app - I used free version for a few years and that was great - now upgraded to subscription for additional features and to keep the developers working . Just need Android app to go with it now!! Please!
So great to know what happens to those emails and to manage the to do's that come from them. Nice to have an interactive relationship with e-mail conversations.

I just downloaded this app today and have spent the last hour familiarizing myself with it and seeing if it does everything I wanted it to. It does more! I love the Projects feature! I manage upwards of 15 projects at any given time and the design of the project tabs gives me the equivalent of my physical classification folder system on-line; with the added benefit of being able to immediately see where I still have tasks to complete!! This extension can replace my physical to-do list, my Project Management Software, Asana, Notes for Gmail, Boomerang, and still provide more functionality that I had before with all of them.
Great app that just keeps getting better. You can customize it to your needs so that it will work for any situation. Love it.

Excellent tool! Worth the money since I can finally control my incoming mail and work with it as if it was on paper. Adding notes and tasks right to the mail has been a real help in getting my inbox empty. Just added another year to my subscription.
