This works very well for what I do, and combines some important functions that others try to provide individually. I work in real estate and I handle a few transaction. A full CRM does not work for me. To help me with my work load I tried a few extension like a to do list and a response scheduler. Along with those tools I was manually archiving my emails into their corresponding folders. ActiveInbox helps me with all of this and MORE. ActiveInbox is the best tool and the best deal. Take a few minutes to work with it. At first I did not grasp the concept that you have to go to your Active inbox left side panel by clickling the link right below the compose button. ActiveInbox combines a few tools that you may feel be a little bit overwhelmed, but take a few minutes and try them out, and you will be glad that you did.

Ich nutze GTD seit 6 Jahren, aber das geht auch wunderbar ohne ActiveInbox. Wie? Die wichtigste Funktion (Emails zu bestimmten Terminen wieder im Posteingangg erscheinen zu lassen) lässt sich über ein einfaches Google-Script selbst ergänzen, ohne jemanden Zugriff auf mein Konto zu gewähren (siehe hier http://goo.gl/D4D8b4). Außerdem lassen sich in ActiveInbox Emails nicht in X Stunden wieder anzeigen und einen Android Client gibt es auch nicht. Die in dem Tool enthaltenen Checkliste zu einer Email und die Notiz lässt sich einfach im normalen Gmail erzeugen, indem man auf eine Email eine Antwort schreibt aber diese nicht abschickt (Entwurf). In diesen Entwurf lässt sich der Text formatieren (kann ActiveInbox nicht) und man kann sogar Dateianhänge einbringen.
