It's all been said before. Sony need a kick up the backside.Utterly useless rubbish. They don't listen,I tried "Forgot Password "on the main Sony website,that was over a month ago and still waiting for my email.Had to make another account. Good god Apple have detractors but Sony need to learn from them.

Like many I tried and failed o get the Timelaps app. The process is bugged as hell. Trying to download a windows extension on a mac (WHY?), get to a link to the mac version, install, reboot (WHAT?). I verified the extension was installed in the browser and came back to the site and...still it asks to install that module. Nice infinite loop. So I tried to download the app directly from the camera (TERRIBLE!) and after an even more painful experience and confirming the purchase, the mini website doesn't go to a download phase. Bravo Sony, you've confirmed twice here that you can make great hardware but cannot write software at all.

I have a macbook pro and it doesnt work. i installed play memories app downloader 2x and it doesnt function the way it is inteneded. I cannot purchase the apps because the downloader PMCAD is prompted all the time.
