Utterly, utterly hopeless. Would score no stars if only that were possible. Ridiculously miserable failure of decent support and service from Sony for a camera that is far, far from cheap. Dismal work Sony. You should be doing much better to service customers who've invested considerable money in your products. Gave up after three hours of getting nowhere.

Utterly useless in it's only purpose of helping you install a Sony app that should have been included with the camera. To be fair it's not so much this app, but their stupid website which breaks with an error when you finally get to the point of paying - sounds like it's been doing that a while now as well. Shame they are tarnishing their brand so much with this junk

All I wanted was to download the timelapse app on my camera (something that should come standard in my opinion). It has been five hours of troubleshooting and all I ever get is "internal error" when I try to buy the app. They won't even let me give them money. The free ones download fine. Sony has some problem with their purchasing system.

Piece of crap. I am trying to buy the timelapse app. Why does it have to be so hard? This tried to download a windows downloader on my Mac. Eventually figured out where to get the Mac download from and installed it. It rebooted the computer. When I go to buy the app, it again wants me to download the downloader. POS.
