For those who not wroking please follow the below setups 1. click on Extension details button 2. click on Extension options 3. change the Genesys Cloud for Chrome URL --> Note " Use you region specific URL "https://apps .your region .pure.cloud/ 4. Add Organisation name
Easy to use with a clean user interface.
Works as expected. I too wish we could pin this extension to remain on top of other windows. For those commenting that they cannot access their ORG -> Open the extension options, alter the URL for your region, for example: https://apps.usw2.pure.cloud would be the US West region.
It just works. I wish I could pin it to the side of Chrome so it doesn't move around, but that's a windows/Chrome thing A bunch of people here complaining that they can't see their orgs and regions etc., from the extension icon (a red cloud) in Chrome, go Options and then update the URL field to reflect your normal GC domain e.g. https://apps.mypurecloud.com.au
I too will only give it one star. I couldn't login. It kept saying it didn't recognize my organization or my sign in was incorrect. The sign in works fine on the webpage. Once it has more development maybe it will be stable.
This is getting one star as it needs more development. I am writing this review in the hopes that either Genesys or google look at this and get this fixed. I will be bring this up to my Google rep as well. With the default configuration you have no way to choose your region. Genesys Cloud has many different regions. The default here goes to their US1 region. My organization is in US2 and the user has no way to change that. If you try to config the json for this the extension will either once up with a 404 not found if you use the URL for the US2 region or if you use the whole URL for the organization logon then the extension will just load a blank page. However if you use those same URLs through the browser and not the extension everything works as expected. This is true on chrome devices and on non-chrome devices running a chrome browser. This needs to be fixed as it would be unusable for any organization that is not hosted in US1.
Works well for click to dial
cannot no find my organisation using this extension
Is there a way to show the group in the notification as well? So users who are part of multiple groups can see what group the call is coming from and how to answer the phone?
Go help to simplify the utilisation, more and more options arrive on this months after months. There are some limit that seems to come from Chrome Extension itself. The next step should be some 'more simple' function like make a call faster, and have a view on the actual queue.
