This extension allows to find and delete duplicate bookmarks, empty folders, merge folders with the same name (within the same path), find no longer working and expired bookmarks and remove them easily.
Permissions explained:
1. Read and change your bookmarks(required on install) - required for core functions to work
2. Read and change all your data on the websites you visit(optional, not asked until you use Broken URLs checker) – to check if bookmarked page loads and doesn't return any error.

Excelente! Mil gracias! No le doy las 5 estrellas porque algunos marcadores dieron request time out, pero sí están activos y abren. No los borré porque son importantes para mí. Afortunadamente no fueron muchos y los pude comprobar antes de borrarlos. / Great add-on! Thank you very much! I don't give it 5 stars because some bookmarks were reported incorrectly as request time out but upon checking, they were ok. Fortunately, they were only a few, so I could check before deleting. Kudos!
absolutely amazing! i was looking for a merge option because work locks down the sync option (i.e. merge home and work bookmarks). i tried to do it manually 1st... what a mess! this extension cleaned up all of the duplicates etc. i never tried the merge option but i will next time. only 'complaint' is that i'd prefer to donate via methods other than bitcoin.
