I am a person who loves to track everything I do. I have a spreadsheet for the applications I've submitted, and when Teal was introduced to me, it felt like it was made for me. That may seem overwritten here, but honestly, it's wonderful. I can not only track my efforts, I can rate my level of excitement about the role, and most importantly, when I get called back for in interview, I can come to Teal to read up on the requirements of the job again; because let's be honest, in this job market, anyone looking for work right now is applying to tens, if not hundreds of applications and none of can keep all that info straight.
