Teal is great for keeping track of and enabling the job hunting process, and the Chrome extension is super helpful for pinning job applications straight to the tracker. Works so well in some cases where it pulls through all the job description, only marked down to 4 because in some cases it doesn't but that's because of other systems like Workday that don't share properly.

Teal is a much easier way to keep track of the job hunting process. It's a real slog applying for all these jobs and remembering what you have or haven't done. I found myself emailing job offers to myself to fill out later. With Teal you click the extension and it will track it for you. I had made a folder in my email called jobs for all the "Thank you for applying emails" and was trying to delete them when the job was filled elsewhere. It was a lot. With teal, you can just mark that you applied for it, then delete the emails when they come.

This is leaps and bounds above any tracker I've used or created myself. It's so user friendly-- just one click and my jobs are saved and organized how I want to view them. I'm also impressed by how quickly the team responds and updates the tool when given feedback. I noticed something didn't quite work correctly for me and sent a ticket; I got a response with clarifying questions the same day, and the issue was fixed within a couple days.
