I love Teal Hq. It's simply a CRM tool for your job search journey. We all know how the job search journey in itself is another job but with Teal HQ, you can easily shortlist jobs from all over and store them in a central place. This makes prioritization easy as you can rank jobs based on your excitement level and salary levels. You can also track at which stage each job is from bookmarked/saved to archived/rejected based on the interview process. In addition, it has reminders to follow up on applications which saves you time from having to remember everything. It comes with templates as well that you can easily customized for the role you are following up on. Simply put, Teal HQ is THE tool to use to manage your job search journey/process.

I used the Teal job tracker during my job search for the past two weeks. It was super simple to use this extension to save jobs from multiple different job search sites. It's way better than using a spreadsheet, and I especially love that you can export your tracked jobs as a CSV. I accepted an offer for a job that I tracked using Teal. Organizing interesting job posts is a snap with this extension! From any of the top job posting sites (I use LinkedIn and Indeed primarily) you can quickly save a job, rate your interest level, view the top hard skills listed in the post, and add comments. From the extension you can review your saved jobs, companies, and contacts, and after you save a job, you can review it directly in Teal and see top keywords and more. The Teal site gives you the ability to track job progress through application and interview stages and you can archive jobs that fall off your own radar or that you end up not being a candidate for. Ditch the spreadsheet and use this instead!
