Teal is one of the most robust, well thought out, and useful tools I've come across for those seeking employment. The job tracker alone with it's stages, suggestions, notes, contacts, and more is incredible allowing for the user to consolidate all of this extraneous information into one place. Add to that the many guides, features, work styles, resume reviews and it is just truly out of this world. Honestly if Teal were to incorporate regular workplace updates from Subject Matter Experts or Content Contribution from those who work in recruiting and it would truly be premium work.

I had started to keep track of the jobs I was applying to in a notebook and then someone on LinkedIn mentioned Teal. I am so glad that I saw that post! It has been so nice being able to add jobs I'm interested in with just a few clicks and then keep track of the progress on Teal. On top of that there are so many other features that I have only began to explore!

Quickly and easily grab a job description to save for later or to keep as record. Teal has helped me keep on track with the jobs I have interviewed for. A few improvements I'd like to see: - In the job tracker, I can't change the "process" steps. Even though there can be 4 or 5 interviews with test jobs and presentations, my only option is to select "interviewing". So, I can't see if a test job is waiting for me at a glance. - customising the columns you see in the job tracker should also be modifiable because I don't always care about min/max salary or date saved. Otherwise, a wonderful helper for the chaotic process of job search!
