Whenever I download a channel, many of the images and gifs downloaded show up in the folder as an unopenable "EMBEDDED MEDIA" file. Not sure that I like this considering this is supposed to be a way to archive data in case the server is deleted and thus the archive would be the only storage left of the server. Would have to now open every single link in the folder to get to the image/gif. Not ideal at all. Also when I look at the gifs from the HTML document the little dots on the bottom right do not show up a "download" option at the very least so it's clunky to have to plug in every link into a browser and get it from whatever website it happens to be. Very arduous.

For some reason it doesn't work when I try to filter messages by a specific username. However it works if I filter by my name. Everything else works fine though.

I wish there was a pause button between cancel and purge buttons. I was deleting messages and it was taking long to do so. While the extension is deleting messages... you can't upload anything to discord and that's the reason why I'm asking this request. Edit: Up the rating to 5 star. Thanks for listening to my feedback

Does exactly what it says and totally works. May take a little menu fiddling and understanding how to use its filtering, but it does work once you get to know it. I needed to purge 1000 messages from several years ago in really old chats without actually deleting my account. This did the trick. Excellent tool!

doesn't work, it'll detect my messages if I don't specify a user but when I specify mine or tell it to purge after searching all, it won't purge a single msg.

I'm glad so many others have found success with this extension. however, it completely didnt work for me. I'd click it, the extension page would flash for half a second the immediately disappear and lock the page until I refreshed it.Yes, I did watch the instructional video however it was absolutely no help
