Worked as intended, was able to download over 5000 messages from a work channel with images and clips for record purposes.

05/20/2023 Does not work. Trying to purge dm's and it just fluctuates between 10 - 41% "finding messages" forever.
Randomly requested access to data from all sites when it is a discord specific plugin.
It's odd that just today this extension now wants to read and change all data on all websites. It used to only want discord.com
works great! has options for images, image previews while viewing, etc...much easier than all the other exporters for discord right now, i don't even care if you steal my data! woohoo!
This add-on has been extremely helpful as I was trying to find a way to maintain all of the chats with my younger brother who passed away. The developer helped with some questions on Discord and tweaked the add-on to support the needs, I'm very grateful.
