It didn't do what I needed it to do for my LinkedIn group. However, super easy to use, basically it captures profiles, but I didn't need that. Now I'm trying to get the subscription canceled. So far no response.

Wow! I used Autopilot for months and in general I liked it but I didn't love their high price so I quit. I found this and it's cheaper, better, faster, and has more features. I read the reviews and the negative ones seem to stem from technical issues (all of which seem to get a response from the company) and so far I have not had any. The fact that it also works with LinkedIn Recruiter is a huge plus for me as I am in that business. Well done!

Basically added no value to my sales life and was then a nightmare to find how to cancel the subscription! That may be as much Google's fault as anything else since all of the various subscriptions are tucked away, but some obvious instructions on Dux-Soup would have been great.
