Nice product. I unsubscribed as I was getting tired of it hanging for no reason. I contacted support and they were responsive and the problems were fixed when I followed their instructions but only temporarily as the issues continued to reoccur to an extent that it was not value for money for me.

This is the best thing to come up since Linked In discontinued the capability to tag and save contacts from a search. We could only save them if we became 1st connections. Now we can do our searches knowing we can save and tag the contacts. For contingency recruiters this is absolutely necessary. Dux-Soup is fabulous and their customer service is amazing. Live people talk to you. Imagine that!!

Had an issue with my browser that they spotted well...Chrome's update feature was broken. Works as promised, but be aware that LI will shut you down after meeting your "quota" unless you have an upgraded personal plan.

Started the trial then like others couldn't download results which is not very honest of the company. Now trying to upgrade but they don't seem to have the upgrade process worked out and after seven attempts i have asked for Google details direct so i can try and sort out. Not great
